Eye cancer is a rare yet terrible disease. There are not enough eye cancer specialists – ocular oncologists – in the world, and it takes years to become one. Not everyone with the ability has the means to support themselves through their training, especially in some developing markets where a diagnosis can be a death sentence.
The Victoria Cohen Eye Cancer Charitable Trust saves the lives, eyes, and vision of those affected by eye cancer by supporting the training and education of aspiring ocular oncologists. The charity provides scholarships to those in need of financial assistance with their fellowship, anywhere in the world.
Your support will help someone become an ocular oncologist. This person will save the lives, eyes, and vision of those affected by eye cancer.
