What are the approximate timings of the night
Drinks Reception: 6:30pm
Call for dinner: 7:00pm
Afterparty: 10:30pm(all times are approx. and are subject to change)

Black tie (Cultural attire is welcome)

Tickets & Guests
I’ve not got my ticket. Does this matter
Our team will be on the door and will be able to look up your name. However please do contact logistics@emap.com ahead of the event to receive your ticket if you have not had it by the day before the event.
Do I need a physical ticket to enter the awards?
Showing the ticket on your phone will work.
Can I reserve ticket and tables
No, we cannot reserve tickets or tables.
Will my single tickets be sat together?
Yes, if they are under different company names please just send a note to logistics@emap.com.
Can I swap out my guests on my table
Yes, You can swap out guests on your booking until two weeks out, after this any changes must be sent to logistics@emap.com
I have special accessibility needs can you accommodate me?
Yes. Please contact logistics@emap.com so that we can make sure we are accommodating you in the best way.
How will I receive my ticket?
These will be emailed to the booker one week out and they will be asked to distribute these amongst their table/seats.
One of my guests has dropped out. What should I do?
Please find a replacement for this guest, if not let us know at logistics@emap.com so that we can have a seat removed from the table.

Who is eligible to submit entries for the awards?
Anyone operating in the AV industry is eligible to enter these awards, if you need clarification on which categories are best suited to you please contact logistics@emap.com
How do I submit my entry?
Please pick the category you are entering, answer all the questions asked, proceed and fill in your booking information and then press complete.
Can I request feedback on my entry if it doesn't win?
Yes you can, please contact logisitcs@emap.com and we will send you the feedback from your entry.
Can I edit my entry after submission?
You can edit your entry until the entry campaign closes.
How are entries evaluated and judged?
Entries are evaluated and judged by our panel of independent judges (you can find them here.) They follow a strict scoring method to decide our shortlisted entries.

Can I get a refund if I change my mind about attending?
No, please find our Ts&Cs here.
Invoice & Payment
Why haven’t I received my invoice for my ticket/table purchase?
An invoice will be generated two weeks after you have booked. If you have not received it by two weeks please contact logistics@emap.com and we will work to make sure you get your invoice.
Will I be able to change the details on my invoice?

What are the prizes or awards for winners?
The winners of these awards will receive an AV Magazine AV Awards, they will also be shouted out on our social medias and on our website.
Are there any age restrictions for registration?
People must be 18 and over to attend AV Magazine events
