Patrick recently completed managing the award winning delivery team, delivering the technology stack for AIA’s Group Office Headquarters here in Hong Kong; he is now the Global Data Centre and Trading Floor Portfolio Programme Director at Turner and Townsend, seconded to Standard Chartered Bank, based in Hong Kong.

With expertise covers a broad portfolio, from base building and pre-construction projects to advising on building and facilities management procedures. His deep understanding of real estate functions and technology, especially critical facilities allows him to create business-driven solutions that enhance the user experience.
