Having spent almost 25 years in AV, working his way up to the position of Managing Director of Hewshott, Dan oversees a team of technology consultants and designers, who deliver technology projects across a number of sectors. Dan believes an inspired and motivated team is directly linked to positive client experiences, seeding a culture where finding the right work-life balance is welcomed and encouraged. Dan isn’t content creating a smooth client experience – he wants to make it effortless. By sitting alongside the client and asking good questions, the Hewshott team mirrors their thinking, becoming fully aligned on exactly what needs to be delivered. As a judge, Dan looks for projects and products that are delivered well, but by teams who are looked after just as well. For 2025, Dan also has a key eye on the environment, with the sustainability credentials of any entry being of particular interest!
