Emma worked extensively in live production, specialising in audio before moving to help establish a dedicated systems integration business to service existing and new customers.  Starting with mainly live performance venues the business quickly expanded into hospitality, houses of worship, education and corporate.  After a decade, Emma decided to create her own AV Design Consultancy in order to better explore new opportunities.  Octavius Re was established in 2016 and has since been linked with many high-profile names in Hospitality and Corporate sector.  In early 2025,  joined TAD as a Project Manager to help the ever expanding team deliver a diverse range of corporate and experiential projects.
